It is always like this in a crisis. Remind everyone (all the time) you are dealing with the best information you have “AT THE TIME”

I always try to take a deep breath, take the high road, and think twice before responding to someone who may be making an unreasonable request or is looking for something we just don’t have. Fortunately, just about everyone I’ve encountered so far in this crisis has recognized that no one has many answers and we’re all just trying to do our best.
