What are the best practices to suggest to employers for facilitating the work of their employees that are now working from home?

  1. Interact folks are all working from home.
  2. We told people we know there will be flex hours because of kids, and dogs and stuff.
  3. Have everyone time track every day…. (google doc?) so you know what is going on.
  4. have everyone keep track of the people they are communicating with daily
  5. If you have no instant communication tools consider something like Slack to keep people connected.
